Maclyn's birthday was on the 1st. We decided to celebrate with a BBQ in my mom's back yard with family on the day before, memorial day. we just told Maclyn that it was his birthday so he wouldn't be confused the next day. He was so excited and a week before was asking for his presents, he knew where I had them hidden and they were in boxes so he couldn't see but he would always go to where they were and ask for his presents and say please. he's too cute.
Maclyn at three:
- You still aren't potty trained and were going crazy.
- you get your feelings hurt very easy and if you get in trouble you run and sit on grandma leavitts old couches and talk to your self and whine, its sad but quiet funny because you do it every time.
- you love to dance and sing
- Obsessed with trains,fire engines,toy story1-2 and soon to be 3,trucks
- you are talking so much and starting to tell stories,some are true and some we have no idea lol.
- you love your baby brother and like to hold him and kiss him and you always make sure he has his blanket whenever we leave :)
- you do not like nursery and we have to go sit with you
- you are such a picky eater but you like cucumbers,ice cream,ramen noodles,hot dogs, chicken and steak,salad and tomatoes
- just now starting to sleep better through the night and sometimes you like me to pat your back until you fall to sleep.
- I could go on and on about the fun cute things you do Maclyn, we love you so much and love watching you learn and grow happy birthday baby boy!

Most parents don't have to wait 3 years until there kids sleep through the night. Poor you.
