Why do they make the hats either too big or waaaaay too small? LOL!
I put this hat on Briggs and was cracking up, it was sooo tight and he looked hilarious.
The 1st thing that came to my mind was hot dog on a stick, they wear the funniest hats and outfits. all this one needed was a little yellow and he would match them! too funny!
